Privacy

In short: we keep only what is needed for your account to work. No advertising, no tracking cookies, and we don't sell or pass your data to anyone.

What we store

Your account: email address and name if you give one. Your password is stored only as a hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email address.
What you save: favourite homes, saved searches and the homes you have viewed — only to show them back to you.
One cookie, imdice_session, that keeps you signed in. Your language choice is kept in your browser.
Server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and protection against abuse; they are kept for 7 days.

Sign-in codes are sent by email through Brevo.
Your browser loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap, fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from cdnjs (Cloudflare); these services see your IP address.
Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
Visits are counted with Ahrefs Web Analytics: without cookies and without storing personal data, only totals such as page views and where visitors come from.
